Born in South Africa, Derryn completed an undergraduate degree in mathematics, an honours degree in Australia and earned a Master of Science in mathematics from the London School of Economics.
He worked in Tokyo and on Wall Street for five years each, structuring and trading credit derivatives, before shifting to personal wealth creation. For the past 16 years, Derryn has focused on building financial freedom for farmers.
He lives with his wonderful wife and three boys on a farm in southwestern Ontario.
Martin Hutnik
Partner
Martin entered the financial services industry after graduating with Honours from McMaster's DeGroote School of Business.
Passionate about de-risking and de-taxing Canadians, he focused on the insurance industry and ranks as one of the top advisors with clients nationwide. With 13 years of experience, Martin supports his clients by surrounding them with relationships that bring purpose and happiness.
He lives with his wife, newborn daughter and chocolate lab in Toronto.
Kathleen Gebotys

Kathleen entered the insurance industry after graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University. In 2016, Kathleen earned her Chartered Life Underwriter designation.
With over a decade of experience, she ranks as one of the top insurance advisors in Canada. She continues to commit herself to bettering the lives of her clients and those around her.
Kathleen enjoys time with friends, family, colleagues and is involved in numerous volunteer, mentoring and coaching opportunities.
Jenna Paolini
Director of Financing
Jenna graduated with Honours from the University of Western Ontario. Shortly after, she entered the financial services industry and started investing in real estate. She discovered her passion in building client relationships while building their net worth.
After moving from London, Ontario in 2017, Jenna joined the Toronto community of high-net-worth investment banking as an advisor’s associate and has gained more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling and escaping the city to hike and spend time in nature.
